Subject: [PATCH] Build : relever les budgets de bundle (initial 1mb, styles
 4kb)

Le bundle initial dépasse le seuil par défaut (500kb) à cause des dépendances
applicatives (Leaflet, etc.), sans lien avec une régression. On relève le budget
initial à 1mb (warning) / 2mb (error) et le budget de style de composant à 4kb /
8kb pour supprimer les avertissements de build non pertinents.

Aucun impact fonctionnel.
